What do I need to provide to receive a product refund?
Remembered Voices, LLC will make every effort to resolve any issue you may have with our service prior to issuing a refund. Refunds will not be issued on MP3 Uploads or any Remembered Voices Recorder/Listener Card Upgrades, adding time or years.
We will only consider refunds to those who have created their account within the last 45 days.
To request a refund, please send an email or letter to Remembered Voices, LLC clearly outlining your reason for requesting a refund. Upon receipt, one of our Customer Service Specialists will contact you to discuss your issue and attempt to resolve your problem. If we are unable to resolve your issue, Remembered Voices will gladly process a refund, disable your account, and any recordings created or uploaded will be deleted from our servers.
